Flexible schedule, create your own hours, constant support available, highly involved team approach, there is NO pressure to prescribe. We focus on therapy and caring for the entire patient. Medications are in the background if warranted.

Cons

I have no cons. I think Rivia is an awesome place to work!

Pros

Great place to work. Co-workers are all dedicated, energetic individuals. No internal "red tape" and everyone is urged to voice an opinion and suggest ideas. We all work remotely, but we meet via video which gives you the interaction that is sometimes lost when working remotely.

Cons

RIVIA is growing quickly, which can sometimes cause issues. However, management is quick to address any growing pains and makes sure staff know they are appreciated.
