No PROs to speak off. Even working with toys is not fun here.

Cons

Bad atmosphere. Management would rather throw you under the proverbial bus than admit mistakes. Wages low for amount of work needed - no overtime pay but overtime expected. Company has an inferiority complex, yet thinks it's better than everyone at same time. Same also applies to management. Way too many people have their say on work, multiple approval processes and NO trust in designers, leading to lack of freedom to do best work. Margins too small, which means lack of innovation; products and packaging are repeated ad nauseum across different ranges instead of developing new products and new packaging ideas.

A toxic business enviroment run by a sociopath

The organisation is held back because of the sociopathic control freak who treats and speaks to staff of all levels like dirt. It is a working environment that is toxic to good mental health and is definitely restricted by way of growth potential by the guy who likes to be addressed as TF. It wouldn't surprise me if there was a camera by the toilet door to see how long staff spend on the loo. This i]s just the tip of the iceberg!

there are a small handful of people in there that are nice and make the place welcoming

Cons

bad management lack of compassion no proper training company tight not professional ran - THINK THEY ARE calling the CEO MR Farber.... not just by his name like every other person within the company basically its a company with staff of 20 years in there, needs bringing up to 2018.
