here comes the list - they are really a team of three served by many slaves – literally. From day one you will see two obsequious sycophants who possess the highest possible degree of admiration for themselves and for their CEO.
Lets talk about them one by one –
So the number one will interview you and the very first thought/opinion you build about him is correct – he knows nothing. He will tell you his achievements and what he had conquered till date in the interview itself – possibly. He maintains an excel sheet and keeps informing you the deadline and meeting with Sir (this is what they call the CEO and others follow the same culture call your boss SIR. So the meeting with Sir will happen once or twice a day depending upon your luck and past life). He will do nothing but tell you – see if you can do something - and that’s it. The succinctness of interaction remains forever till the time you are at RNCOS. If you have a problem he will act like he knows everything and then he will say lets talk to SIR and now your good time begins.
The second in line knows how to calculate the CAGR and applies all the magic formulas of forecast in all the reports. I was flabbergasted to see the methodology of forecasting here and the ease of writing reports. The CEO is the omniscient creature who knows in and out of all the industries and will tell you whether the CAGR is correct or not. The best part of all the RNCOS reports is that it is reviewed by the CEO himself for all the industries and all the verticals. Besides, he will check your browsing history, will visit your desktop while you are working and don’t get afraid when the cursor moves automatically – this is SIR on the move from his cabin. He has high definition CCTV cameras as well.
The company also has a 4by4 cafeteria (I mean feet) and serpentine shaped stairs. So beware. I don’t know the condition now but nothing has changed much and I can see some really fancy feedback and reviews by some of the former employees so need not to give more about them. I will stop here and will encourage freshers to learn tools and work on domain skill sets to get a decent starting
