Pros

Awesome company that values its employees, and leads culture from the top down. The industry we work in is fun, and so is our culture. We don't shy away from a challenge, and it's inspiring to be part of something growing so fast and with so much success. The sales leadership are investing a lot into skills development, and creating a playbook built around value and ROI selling, which is resonating well with the market. We are not too big and not too small, but at the perfect place where autonomy and initiative meet processes and support - hands down, can't think of any other company I'd rather be working for.

Cons

Sometimes the processes and internal meetings can get a bit tedious, as the sales leadership are working hard to standardise everything. As such it can sometimes feel like jumping through a lot of hoops for the sake of it, although they are also open to feedback and will change something if its not working or adding value.

Pros

Very competitive salary, especially against the industry average. Lots of room to grow with great career progression. The product market fit is great, and it is a leader in the industry, which makes the sales process a lot more enjoyable. The best part of ROLLER though is the team, everyone from different departments gets along like friends, lots of chances for team bonding like mid year parties, pub lunches and nights out!

Cons

Some of the usual benefits you get from working in tech aren't available (Health insurance, more annual leave, health/gym benefits)

Pros

• Management genuinely listen, take feedback on board, and invest in people • Regular Lattice check-ins and strong emphasis on development • Monthly pub lunches help build connection across the team • Flexible hybrid setup – 3 office days support collaboration, with good WFH balance • Strong company values that are actually lived day-to-day • Excellent training that continues well beyond onboarding • Great culture – Slack channels add to the sense of community • Autonomy and trust in your role • Exciting industry with opportunities to travel (e.g. Austin customer visits) • Amazing experience attending IAAPA and meeting customers face-to-face • Recharge days are a nice perk (when targets are met)

Cons

• Cross-timezone collaboration can be challenging • No billing staff in EMEA, which can slow some processes • Annual leave is lower than other SaaS businesses (20 days + bank holidays) • Recharge days now being tied to targets adds extra pressure to sales teams, which can be felt across the business
