Poor salary, low morale, micromanagement, no growth. I joined this company with high hopes based on some great reviews, but my experience has been disappointing. The high turnover rate speaks for itself—so many talented people have left, and it’s clear the company is struggling to retain employees. The salary is below average, and there’s no room for growth unless you get a promotion, which doesn’t come often. While there are some genuinely great people here, it's hard to stay motivated when it feels like nothing is changing. There’s also the issue of management making decisions without consulting employees or providing adequate notice, which disrupts your work and morale. The culture has shifted dramatically, especially with the decline in flexibility and the increasing micromanagement. Honestly, it's becoming harder to tell what direction the company is heading.

Men get paid more. Headquartered in Poland... very different culture to UK, not in a good way.
