The structure of the company is good and a lot of opportunities once you are in to improve yourself or your skills. The benefits are good and there are a lot of side benefits that the company offers that help in hard times or changes in life like divorce, seriously injuries, having babies, adopting kids etc.
Cons
Like any large company there are funding issues and layoffs happen. Be very careful which program you are attached to because you job could depend on it. There are people in the company that hold a lot of influence and will make your job harder if they want to
