Challenging projects. Got diverse aspects of mechanical engineering, from design, through analysis, manufacturing and experimenting. The young colleagues are top quality of mechanical engineers.

Cons

Management is not efficient, too much time on presentations and project management. On one hand a worker can work as much as he can, on the other hand, workers are being rewarded according to their overtime and not according to their contribution. Wrong management scales to my opinion.
