Worst company to work!!!

Pros

Sometimes they offer good salary hikes (the only reason is that they offer very low initial salaries)

Cons

I am not sure where do I start. I used to work full-time at Pune office. The company is a complete mess. People are filled with complete unprofessionalism and 99% of them are the egoist. Company's top management sits at the US office while others at the Pune office. The top people in Pune (i.e Managers) keep most of the things and issues hidden from the top management. The top management hence thinks that all is well and expect employees to work day in and day out and deliver. The issues faced by the employees are never addressed. It's almost like the company doesn't care about the employees at all. There is a high level of ego clashes between the people in India and the US. So out of just nowhere, the client facing managers in the US will commit any deadline to the client and screw the team in India. The company's so called artificial intelligence engine is a complete mess. The company tells their client that all the work is done by their 'AI' engine. But the actual work is done by people manually. The company doesn't follow agile dev in reality. There are no sprints at all. Sometimes you don't have a work for a month and then suddenly you get a tremendous amount of work (thanks to the unrealistic deadlines) that you have to sit in the office till 3-4 am (for a couple of months) and complete. The project never maintains any kind of documentation at all. So it becomes very difficult to transfer the knowledge. Usually, the personal things (i.e salary, hikes, resignations) should stay between the concerned people only. But here every news flows like the wind. So when you put down the papers, it's highly likely that everybody gets to know about it within few minutes. Last but not least. The HR department is one of the greatest departments here. Usually they dont work except for arranging some Diwali or Christmas decoration competitions. People are expected to get their salaries as of the last day of the month. But here you get it by 5-6 day of the next month. The HR department doesn't even care for the exit interview for the employees. They just ask you to submit some form (as the exit interview questionnaire) which I am sure goes to the trash bin.

Pros

Salary is good...good place for who don't want to work just want to learn politics...

Cons

I dont know from where to start..the company with full of morons...and the call themselves managers..can't even speak in english..they have not even seen a CMMI level 5 companies in their entire career...there is a guy who called himself a technical architect who stole others idea and gets all the credit if you go to him for any solution as he mentioned that he is a architect he directly goes to the google and from there as well he couldn't get the correct answers..guys who call them tech leads are stupid like hell...they don't know how to handle intellect cause they fear to lose their jobs hence they play politics...HR department...who they are???? i cant figure out in my entire time in credit pointe...their so called technical architect handles the project and what i found they try to destroy the projects..and if someone tries make some changes in that and come across their ways they play politics...they ruin your appraisals...frankly speaking they cheat the company owners..a person who is not truly enough for his job can't be trustworthy at all...they say everything is driven by us..senior management can't take any actions against us cause we are the bosses of offshore office...

Cons

Not great for passionate technical person. Nobody knows if they are doing any value addition to organisation. HR is neutral in many cases.
