Toxic environment

Pros

- interesting projects - great opportunities to get good client engagement

Cons

- Toxic culture with a very negative atmosphere, extremely long hours, and lack of respect/basic politeness from management/leadership - Lack of acknowledgement from the leadership of important issues in the company - seems like they prefer to close a blind eye to it than actually address problems - The company's values of "kindness, entrepreneurship and impact" are not upheld in every team -Very little scope for growth and lack of structure when it comes to pay/promotion, etc. - Very high turnover - analysts are seen as disposable resources and either leave quickly or burn out.

Pros

- Great place to begin your career in innovation and working with startups, dependent on which office and partner you're choosing to work with. - Many amazing, smart people working within the company that you can learn from.

Cons

Lacks structure when I was there. Management from different offices often have opposing ideas on what is right for the company. Actually can be a toxic environment (in secret). All smiles on the surface though. I think they are working to fix that.

Pros

Percieved cool sector to work in

Cons

- bullying and harassment - creepy partnership - anecdotal suggestion of inappropriate behaviour - no strucure and no coherent business model - backstabbing and political environment - the poor talent is the only type that sticks around
