Most of the review that you see here are biased review and does not reflect actual overview. The company culture is a bit weird. If people are coming from a company with good cultural value, they will find it uncomfortable here. The upper management do no trust their employees. Some developer who are there for long time, thinks they are GOD and they have very bad attitude problem. If you need help and somehow if you have to face this people, then you will find out that the attitude are not at all professional. People have ego issue here a lot. The upper management don't have proper planning. So if you are working something very hard for long time, there is no assurance that your feature will be released. I would suggest the management to look into these issues or else people will find this place not preferable to join or stay longer.
