- Very exciting and fast paced industry with huge growth potential - Women in leadership roles - We're small, so we have to trust and depend on each other to do the right work at the right time. That means every single person's contributions matter, which is a lot of pressure but also rewarding. - Remote-first culture. I love having a team that is distributed all over the world
Cons
Not a con if you love start-up life: typical start-up messiness, cross-role responsibilities, and time pressures due to the sheer amount of work that needs to be done.
