- Every day brings a new challenge. - See something that could be made better? See it, Fix it, Own it mentality. - Leadership have a strong vision & a roadmap on how to get to it - Can't state this enough, a highly talented team. The interview process has a high bar

Cons

I think colleagues that have left in the past & have been unhappy wouldn't make it through the interview process today.

The API marketplace works well and has lots of users.

Cons

The CEO & founder has a lot of temper tantrums. He yells a lot and sometimes he made female employees cry. He never apologizes for it later, he just sits there angry with everyone else saying horrible things and that they are all at fault for everything that happens.
