Better be unemployed than get employed in Rapidops
Pros
There are some good things though. The office culture is casual. The “corporate “ formalities are liberal. Hence, employees can work freely, giving their best. Also, employees have adequate exposures to learn new technologies.
Cons
As always, if you have 100 pros but just one con, the world will haunt you with that one thing. In the case of Rapidops, There are more cons and few pros. INTERNAL POLITICS. I have put weight on this for the good reason. Beware, before joining. If you don’t lick management’s you know what , then you will get sidelined. I have seen a case where an intern having 6 months of experience becomes permanent and then leads the entire team, sidelining many more experienced employees, few were having 5+ years experience. Management is the biggest reason for the company’s cons. Leaders do not know how to lead the team. They put very tight deadlines. Then make employees work 10+ hours a day even on weekends without any compensation.
