Pros

* Can learn a lot in cloud computing and open source technologies, especially in AWS * Company emphasises on achieving AWS certifications

Cons

* Very long working hours. Also deliberately the managers and CEO force some new work on the employees late in the evening just as they are about to leave so that they can't leave before 10 pm. * Work during weekends * Very less salary with respect to the work experience, time spent in working and amount of work done * CEO and managers are unapproachable, shout for even small things * Managers and CEO treat the employee as a money-making resource and not as a human being, forcing them to slog like a donkey for several hours a day without any reward or appreciation in return, even on weekends. You will not have any life outside office if you work in Rapyder. Be prepared to be humiliated in front of everyone by the managers and CEO on Mondays if you don't pick their calls during weekends. You will also get humiliated by them if you reach office even 5 minutes late * No proper office culture, just slog, slog, slog without any appreciation in return * Bias towards certain employees * Zero employee benefits * They literally make you beg for getting even 1 day leave, even during leave period, they expect you to work from home * Be prepared to cry and beg after you leave the organisation, as that is required to obtain a simple relieving letter, experience letter and full and final settlement from them

Pros

* Can learn a lot in cloud computing and open source technologies, especially in AWS * Company emphasizes on achieving AWS certifications

Cons

* Low salary with 24*7 expected work support. * Treats trainee as a full-time employee with a salary of staifand, and no confirmation after 6 months * Internship period to be extended saying low performance, no increment in designation and salary. Pros

Let me guess NONE If you want to destroy your life then join this company

Cons

Just one word....Everything. Management, process, work life balance, salary, working hours, seniors everything is worst. (Team lead) doesn't even know how to make roasters. Today i am in night shift next day he wants me to login in general shift. How am i supposed to do that? (Manager) doesn't know anything and dont want to hire resources but want his work done on time no matter what and how many extra hours you work. They make you sign a bond for 2.5 years and if you break it in between you have to pay 2 Lakhs to get a experience letter. Trust me its okay to be unemployed for couple months than joining this company.
