- Old-school work culture with no employee benefits, staff wellbeing or regular events
- Pay rises either non-existent or only increased to match inflation
- Only consistent staff events are town halls which is 1 hr of managers sharing updates that aren't relevant to staff
- Watched like a hawk to ensure all communal areas, your desk stations and vehicles are OCD level clean - if anything is deemed untidy, could be as small as finding a crumb on the floor or leaving a mug on your desk, we get disallowed to access certain areas/office equipment
- 4 days in office. this was so we could "collaborate" as a team more but no one actually talks to anyone and managers do not inspire a warm, welcoming or supportive space at all
