There are no bonuses when you aren’t management or director. There does seem to be an additional flat payment to all employees in January / February but it is not titled a bonus

Extremely low salary Micro management Work culture is toxic

Management in this office is not the best.

- PROFIT OVER PEOPLE (this is the future direction of the company, warning!) - Closed-minded and unsupportive management - Old-school work culture with no employee benefits, staff wellbeing or regular events - Pay rises either non-existent or only increased to match inflation - Only consistent staff events are town halls which is 1 hr of managers sharing updates that aren't relevant to staff - Watched like a hawk to ensure all communal areas, your desk stations and vehicles are OCD level clean - if anything is deemed untidy, could be as small as finding a crumb on the floor or leaving a mug on your desk, we get disallowed to access certain areas/office equipment - 4 days in office. this was so we could "collaborate" as a team more but no one actually talks to anyone and managers do not inspire a warm, welcoming or supportive space at all

Most of senior management has never worked anywhere else, so new ideas, approaches, and change are not welcome or valued. Departments are very segregated, very poor communication and collaboration across the organization. Internal technology is very outdated.

No growth or management experience there union shop have 70+ yr old employees collecting 3 paychecks dont have opportunities for younger people due to seniority.
