Pros

Lunches, snacks, there are a lot of cool people, occasionally (but rarely, for a music company) there are live shows/perks of that sort. The culture talks a good game -- makes it sound wonderful.

Cons

Caught in a weird, stodgy, in-between state where it both wants desperately (pathetically?) to maintain the start up feel, but also wants to consider itself, and run itself, as one of the "big boys". There are A LOT of pretentious people. Like a ton. There are a lot of cool people, true, but equally as many pretentious ones. By far the most hipster place I've seen. It feels like, more so than any other company that I've worked at, that every decision is just made, arbitrarily, by a few people at the top. Does not feel like career development is a priority at an individual level.

Pros

Neat office, free lunch and snacks.

Cons

To the handful of pretentious co-workers, please get over yourselves.
