      Pros

      I really like the RealAtom team. Professionals with passion, good teamplayers, always on touch. There are no people in the team who would be indifferent to the product.

      Cons

      There are no obvious ways to develop a startup. The path consists of trial and failure.

      Pros

      Hard-working team with get-it-done attitude. Game-changing disruption for the CRE industry. Great to be around an A-class product team. Company is metrics and goals driven; no day is slow, and my contribution is appreciated.

      Cons

      Few employees who lack understanding of what working at a startup is like. Hence high turnover on the sales side. No benefits yet, but thats expected at an early stage startup.
