Great opportunities in technology. Exceptionally good work/life balance. Decent office It's mindblowing to see the amount of brain power in this company. So many smart people are around that you get inspired every day. It's not 'if' rather 'when' the in-house developed technology brings rapid business growth. People in the office are open-minded and friendly. Really good community to work with. Amazing perks such as unlimited holidays, flexible working hours, self-development budget, annual company offsite, regular company events and team buildings. The office is decent. You've seen better out there (especially for larger companies) but at Realeyes kitchen is always packed with food (soda, fruit, snack, beer, wine). Good common spaces, separate chill-out zone.
Cons
Decisions on strategic directions are not always fully considerate. Slight disconnect between the customers and tech people.
