Pros

Lovely hard-working, friendly workforce. Flexible working hours

Cons

Management have no clue what they are doing. Consultant in firm seems to be running the shore. He is just as clueless and running the company to the ground. Hardworking individuals are not appreciated or acknowledged, if your face does not fit there is no progression.

Pros

Honestly can’t think of a single pro.

Cons

Worst company I have ever worked for they only give the bare government minimum for everything. Be that holidays to pension, company pension is set at 3% maximum. And that’s not the worst of it the place is ran by dinosaurs who have never seen a modern maintenance department. Favouritism is rife with people being classed as fitters who aren’t even time served have zero qualifications. The management will eventually run this place into the ground, not just the hapless stubborn dinosaurs who run maintenance, but all the way to the top, which is shown by the lack of production going on at a pharmaceutical plant especially in a pandemic. There are numerous pharma plants within the area all of which blow this place out the water. The place is that old fashioned that if it tried to modernise it would cost that much the place would need to close. These are not only the thoughts of myself but those of the entire workforce. If I had the choice of prison or recipharm I would choose prison. If I was a betting man I’d put my money on it closing by 2025.

Pros

Absolutely nothing good to say!

Cons

Summary:- Bullying, Blame culture and no work life balance. An example of how they treat people. An employee received a call that his dad had been rushed to hospital with a heart attack. As he was rushing out the door, his boss stopped him and asked him how he was going to make the time back up. Says it all really! They are making office staff work on site during a pandemenic when they can easily work from home and if you objective they treaten you with HR disciplinaries. Working from home prior to the pandemenic was a no no, with only a few limited exceptions (unsually for mgmt). They treat staff like kids. Due to a previous negative review on here, senior mgmt and HR made people put on positive reviews and posted some fake ones to make themselves look better. You have been warned, avoid at all costs.
