The consistency between different staff members amongst clinical, medical and security can cause difficulty with creating and maintaining a healthy and productive environment. However due to the nature of the program it is a residential treatment facility where they house individuals who have moderate to severe mental and physical health disorders which poses for difficulty of navigating through all of those dimensions of the workplace.

Favoritism No Autonomy (quite literally you are locked up with no access to phone, or the outside world). Interventions are chosen for you, how, when, where, and all you do will be monitored If you are not white and friends with clinical supervisors and clinical director you are treated as less than human, accused of being compromised (in a relationship with the clients). Very unprofessional "leadership " they go out and get drunk with colleagues and clearly show Favoritism to those they are friends with. Even canceling programs for a wedding but refusing PTO.
