Pros

I never worked for the company but had to just put my inputs here.

Cons

I thought it was funny how they set everything up. You get an email and in this case, I was drawn to it thinking it will lead me to get the information a true recruiter would provide. They asked me to schedule a time with a Recruiter. In my head, it's already fishy because there's still no information regarding the position other than the title and location. I'm thinking, maybe once I talk to the recruiter the information will be provided. After speaking with their Recruiter, who claims to be the Lead or Director (I can't remember exactly the level), he asked for my resume and said he'll forward my resume to the hiring team. Well, hold on, I don't even have the job description yet. I asked him for his contact information but he said he'll send me an email. 2 weeks later he said I wasn't considered. I'm not upset about it, I'm just laughing at their process. What kind of a recruiting company does this? Who thought this recruiter how to recruit? Ninjas?

Going downhill

Pros

The people are nice and the benefits are good (when they're not changing). Salary is competitive and they're a remote-first company, which allows for a lot of flexibility.

Cons

The culture continues to go downhill and employees continue to become more and more demotivated and demoralized after multiple rounds of layoffs, restructures, and parts of the company being sold. The CEO and upper leadership offer no transparency. Quarterly bonuses are months late, and the status has yet to be addressed. Yet employees continue to be asked to "do more with less." Upper management is very tone-deaf (or is pretending to be unaware of how the employees are feeling). Morale is low.
