Pros

There are many very talented individuals present in the company, both within the product side of the business and within the scientific and developmental arms. Salaries are good, and the work is complex insofar as it pushes personal improvement in order to achieve, rather than plateauing and skating by performing the bare minimum.

Cons

Decision making is fragmented, priorities are murky and changeable, and the path from A to Z is frequently difficult to determine. Career advancement can be a large challenge to attempt to pursue.
