      Pros

      Enjoyed working with many interesting people and new technology all the time. Long hours, but I didn't really notice.

      Cons

      The CEO does not do what he says he is going to do, and does not care about people. Kept trying to hide it over and over when payroll was at risk. Lying caused alot of guys to leave in a short period of time.

      Pros

      Cool team, great chance to build something from the ground up.

      Cons

      Didn't pay employees for over 3 months and promised upwards of 20k vested shares every day after missed payroll. Personally didn't cash in on that because by the time the company went public I would have been out on the streets due to lack of payment. Normally I would keep my comments to myself but I had some nasty conversations with the founder that left me wondering if I should warn others about working here.
