      Pros

      RedCompass Labs attracts some of the greatest talents from across the globe and it shows. The work ethic and resourcefulness of all of my colleagues have impressed me since day one. The corporate culture in place is the best I've ever encountered with the constant general feeling that everyone is rowing in the same direction. There is a clear investment from the management on the personal and professional growth of its employees, which helps immensely.

      There's room for improvement in work-life balance, perhaps.
