None!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything in the company is great apart from the people who own it, kind of work they do & kind of treatment the employees get.. In a nutshell, nothing.. The company uses all kinds of illicit and illegal approaches for data gathering and the only reason behind doing the same is that they are cheaappppp..the only motto of the company is to make the CEO richer and life of the employees as miserable as possible.
Cons
1.Unethical means of data capture.(Fake job interviews are conducted to get data) 2. Work culture is the worst.and work really sucks. It involves surveys and making fake stories to get data. 3. People are treated as servants. They pay INR 15000-20000 and you have to work from 10 AM- 11 PM almost everyday. 4. No growth. The worst policies. 5. Not a single person is happy in the company.
