My experience at Reelio was unlike any I have ever experienced. If you are looking for structure and quality management you will not find it within this company. I was not trained or told how to really complete the tasks asked of me, management above me did not lay out what was expected or give work to me everyday. Many of the company events and changes were not communicated to me and I felt very left out of the office team. There were a lot of changes with hours, as it seemed that there was no work for me to do. Management does not seem to value my time as a temporary hire.
