      RTG provides great growth and stretch opportunities and work life balance. The people are friendly and everyone is respected making it easy to raise any concerns or improvement opportunities.

      I wish I had more time to attend all the training opportunities.

      - Customer-first culture when designing and delivering IT projects and services to clients. - Office culture where accountability is expected, and achievements are recognised. - Company culture where staff are trusted, supported and empowered to make decisions and challenge the status quo to achieve results. - Professional development and further learning are encouraged and celebrated. - Close walk to Canterbury Gardens which is a great place to sit in for lunch breaks, or have walking meetings with team members.

      - Bottlenecks of traffic around suburban streets when there are lots of roadworks and/or building developments taking place. - Office space is very large for the number of head office staff.
