      Great Opportunity, Room for Improvement Though

      Great pay opportunity within the company.

      Cons

      Upper management can be more of a hassle than the team you are leading. It was hard to make any real change withing the store due to friendships my team had with higher ups. Recommendations made to better the store were frequently ignored due to those relationships.
