Regency Management Services interview questions

Overall the the interview was easy and was a very casual conversation. I was told they just wanted to get my "vibe". The interviewer gave me an overview of the company and went into detail about my job duties. Once I made it past the first round, they had me come in for a test. They gave me a poster to copy and wanted to see how far I got in 20 minutes. The last round I spoke to the creative lead and was able to ask more specific questions about the work and about my experience. The whole process was drawn out over a few weeks.

The interview process was a little disorganized but it moved quickly. The hiring manager was not very organized and was unprofessional. The VP of the Department seemed to allow her to do whatever and he was kind of just there.
