Great place to work, except for the Corporate Office at the present time.

Pros

Owners are great, along with Operations, HR and AR. Provide great support to the field. Great team of RVPs and Executive leaders, COO and CFO.

Cons

Accounting is disfunctional and lacks leadership. Too much chaos that creates issues for the entire Office. Lots of undermining going on. Accounting leaders are not on board with direction the department needs to go. Marketing needs to get their act together to drive census. Our census is lacking because there is no direction.

Pros

Residents, families and community co-workers. Pay was good. Decent bonus structure. Average vacation & sick leave. Good medical, dental. A/P department has made vast improvements in past year.

Cons

Regional management very insecure consistently fires people who have more knowledge or higher skill set. Then hires people who have absolutely no background in Assisted Living so they can feel better about themselves and their lack of skills. This was a very good company to work for but It's a shame it's being run into the ground by poor staffing decisions.

None! They say you have flex time but they don't honor it. The insurance is decent. Location is ok & free parking

Cons

Just the worse company to work for! Ownership is good and they want change but it will never happen. The accounting dept. is a complete mess!!!! The control is the most unapproachable person and the senior staff accountants are back biting to each other. They is absolutely no team work and they do not allow you to talk with your co-workers. The underlying stress at this place is incredible.
