Pros

they will pay a high salary Insurance was pretty good

Cons

If I had to choose one word to summarize this company, it would be INCOMPETENT. They were unable to establish a working time card system. We are still doing timesheets on excel documents even after a six-month bridge because the previous prime contested the award. They could also not properly take out federal taxes, state tax(i understand the company home office is in FL), health insurance, 401k, or calculate leave correctly. The contract went through a rollover, and it was a complete mess. Did I mention they had six months to prepare for the contract turnover? They expect you to work overtime. Over time was built into the contract to support extended mission hours. RT&T will not pay you for overtime until you reach six weeks of unpaid OT, totaling 240 hours of FREE work. Don’t worry; RT&T will still bill the government for overtime hours. The Government is approving overtime because it’s required to support the mission. I have a better opportunity for growth at Walmart than I have at this company. As a team lead, the recruiters sent me resumes for a senior IT position where the candidate works at a grocery store full time. Their resume just had some quick search IT terminology. 1.No paid overtime, But they will charge the government for your time 2. You will not get paid on time 3. Employees' personal emails are used for company announcements and communications. 4. They were too cheap to set up their mail server for business purposes 5. Program Managers have no idea of your job or work experience. 6. Program managers are not involved enough to know the technical qualifications for the job, so they asked for their worker employees to write the positions 7. Recruiter will send you candidates (as a team lead) that clearly do not qualify for the position

Pros

Bi-weekly pay, 401k, new contract.

Cons

Company does not value employees. They do not give performance evaluations, awards, or cost of living increases. Management is terrible. There is no communication or forward planning for projects or schedules. Management is riddles with nepotism and favoritism.
