Pros
Relive is at a very interesting stage where you get to have a key role in a fast-growing company. You're given a lot of responsibilities and you get to make your own decisions + see the results immediately. Every week for example, Relive releases an app update with different experiments to analyze for the week after, and so on.
You also get to truly decide your own work-life balance. You can work from home as much as you want and there's a flexible holidays policy too.
The company culture is also great. It all started with three friends so they're striving to keep that friendly atmosphere. And they're doing a great job at it. If anything's going South, you're free to speak up and they're always here to listen.
Among other pros, you get travel reimbursement, free lunches, and tasty cakes for every company milestones and achievements. Which is probably the only downside from a fitness point of view.
