There were no pros or benefits to working for Remedy.

Cons

Being berated on a daily basis Overworked, under paid No work - life balance Expected to work 20 hours of overtime without pay or so much a thank you Owners hiring upper level staff who are not qualified, cause drama, and don’t set a positive example

I can't think of any at this time!

Cons

Micromanaging owners who have NO clue about their own business. Long term employees are underpaid and are constantly berated, even though the company was breaking records year after year. Constantly asked to do more with less. Nothing was ever good enough!
