      Pros

      Good salaries for Spain. Possible to work with robotic arms, 3D printers, workshop and other modern equipment. Nice and smart colleagues.

      Cons

      Office is to loud and cold. Requirement to work extra hours without payment. Inconsistency in management's decisions. There is no working strategy to be alive. There is no career prospects.
