Pros

I have been working in this company for more than 3 years. It has been exciting to see the many changes that have taken place over the years. The company has enjoyed tremendous success and helps its employees to grow along with it. The opportunity to be part of an organization that is growing and has strong ongoing growth ambitions is extremely attractive. For me, working for Repairdesk is one of the best experiences of my life, it has given me confidence in my abilities and taught me lots of new skills. It has increased my confidence in an easy going relaxed but yet professional environment, while been given all the training and skills needed for the job. The friendly atmosphere makes every working day a pleasure. Individual contributions and ideas are welcomed and rewarded. Efforts put in by the employees are recognized in terms of respect, bonus and promotions. The company provides a great friendly atmosphere that brings people together to combine and provide an effective, high level service for its clients. In short, I am grateful to find a company that treats employees with respect and encourages their development. We work here as a family with full dedication to our work and our ambitions are to become the best.

Pros

I was lucky to join RepairDesk and have the opportunity, trust and incredible support of setting up a completely new department of Partnerships, while having enriching exposure of business environment through our various international conferences and corporate visits in Spain & United States. I had the courage to make mistakes and access to mentorship from our very humble and hardworking leadership, especially the CEO, who's been a guiding light in building my career aspirations. It's rare to have the right support system while having autonomy to take lead, do new things that benefit the company and I will always be grateful for that at RepairDesk. And that's not it, the HR, admin, diversity of employees, company events, social society, CSR committee and many other activities / people at the company often delight you unexpectedly. It is certainly a company of people you build camaradarie with and people with great aspirations, making it the ideal environment to aim higher! RepairDesk is set to become an international firm of great impact across the repair industry and I hope I have played my part in this journey.

Cons

The company is going through an exciting transition and global events can often shift strategy which can require rapid adjustments in roadmaps, however, the team is actively working towards improving core process and systems.
