Can take dogs to work, lots of LGBTQ+ representation. Decent Benefits.

Cons

Management doesn't respect their employees. Employees are often disrespected by middle management and no action is taken. Discrimination based on identity happens often.

Friendly co-workers, good leave-time policy, can bring pets to work.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company does not plan well. Most of the energy is focused on dealing with the random crisis du jour, or obsessing about minutiae that do not add value for the company or its customers.
