I worked at Represent for 2 years. The people there are amazing we are tight knit group of people that really enjoy working together. There's a lot of amazing opportunities and projects to work on. You have a lot of flexibility on what you work on and how your time is spent. It's a good training ground for other opportunities in the future. I got a much more lucrative job offer because of my experience working at Represent.
Cons
Not enough structure in the company Not enough transparency into future opportunities or what the engineering team is building. Great things get launched and some of the employees are kind of surprised that they weren't told about it.
