everything. management feel as though they are superior to everyone and treat you like a child. Environment is more like a dictatorship, do as they say or you're in trouble. No rights/opinion allowed. Have to work in silence otherwise you will receive a report which eventually leads to investigation. Everyone unhappy and rude. Store manager is the worst. Does not care about staff, only the company and overworks everyone.

- understaffed every day - doing 3 peoples jobs - get told our target but no reason for me to care when there is no bonuses - only 20min paid break - very strict on lateness and will take out of the pay check depending on how many mins late you are - some of the managers need to chill like it’s not that serious - physically exhausting - leaving out important information and constantly changing the rules - increasing prices of items and upsetting customers as they feel scammed - security is pretty much useless - everyone is gossiping and most people working there are unhappy - no wifi for the staff
