Pros

No pros to report at this time. Agency is unreliable and disorganized, great idea but poor execution.

Cons

Lack of job security, unreasonable expectations, and lack of employee appreciation. Upper management has poor communication and makes employees feel as though they are disposable and not valued. I was laid off without ANY notice or severance, I walked in one morning and 45 minutes later my office was packed and I was on my way home without a job. Agency provides very little training, and new hire training is disorganized. This leaves employees feeling "lost" and then employees are reprimanded and chastised for not doing job correctly.

Not a good place to work.

Pros

Generous PTO and company vehicle.

Cons

Recent multiple layoffs for this position, then posted the same positions less than a month later. Productivity goals constantly changing. Had a companywide meeting to announce 4-day work week, never happened.

Pros

Clients, clients, clients, clients, clients.

Cons

Where do I start. This is one of the worst toxic work environments. I worked my butt off for them during the pandemic, only to have my supervisor constantly threaten me with my job. She ran a total toxic work environment and it showed in my coworkers. Anyways, I worked by myself for about a year, and had to do her job 3 afternoons a week, with no pay raise, oh and did I mention, we went from 14 employees to just me. Then when they didn’t need me any more, I was terminated.
