Pros

Pay was steady, at least until the rug got pulled.

Cons

They laid off my entire team out of nowhere, and with so many constant layoffs nobody feels safe anymore. They time these cuts to screw people out of bonuses and holiday pay every single time. Severance was a complete joke, barely anything, just a cold email and you’re gone. Whole departments got gutted, leaving almost no one behind. Management is full of liars who talk a big game but deliver nothing. This place is the opposite of a meritocracy. It’s all about who you know, who your old buddies are in leadership. If you don’t have those connections, forget about advancing or even getting basic respect. People get promoted because they’re friends with the right higher-ups, not because they do good work. Hard workers get dumped while the connected ones coast. Everything is about making the numbers look good on the outside, pretty reports for investors and the public, but inside it’s absolute poo, total chaos and dysfunction. The whole company is a total mess, constant reorgs that fix nothing, zero real growth opportunities, and they stripped away every perk like business travel. Nobody respects employees here, they treat you like you’re disposable. And look at this Glassdoor page, it’s packed with obvious fake 5-star reviews from anonymous accounts repeating the same scripted praise. Those always flood in right after layoffs hit or bad news breaks. It’s blatant damage control. Total scam. This company is circling the drain fast.
