Pros

The company pushes people to perform. If you aren't made for them, you won't be pushed on or given extra unnecessary chances.

Cons

Management struggled to handle staff so they started terrorising and driving a fear culture. KPIs for everything to the point where people have to justify every penny spent and and defend every action. Micro management. Everyone knows that the moment someone gets more reviews than their peers, they are pretty much out the door.

Bullying and terrorising of staff, Mirco Management and very poor Managers who do not have people skills. Sociopath Manager who is impossible to work with or deal with. Lies and manipulates people to suit their own agenda!!!

Resource Group Response

Thank you for your honest review and feedback on your time at Resource Group. Since the submission of this review, the office in question has seen a change in management as well as a proactive effort to address and improve the working environment. Response from the current staff thus far has been positive as to the changes made, and we hope that future candidates will take this into consideration when applying.

They give bad training, the management is very poor, bias towards certain individuals, botched exams and so much more
