Pros

I had the pleasure working for Retention.com for just over a year. If you are an ambitious, and hardworking self-starter this is a great company to work for. I had an exceptional manager and worked with so many wonderful people. With any start up there are many changes and pivots. I felt the company made great decisions and were able to adapt to an ever changing market. It's unfortunate to read the negative reviews as I can promise you they are inaccurate. It's sad when past employees feel the need to bash but I can assure you these people didn't have positive attitudes and didn't align with the company values. I always felt like I could reach out to anyone in the company for help and I miss everyone dearly at the company!

Cons

The only con I can think of was living far from the amazing people I worked with :)

Pros

- Every single person is kind and supportive. - There is room for growth and you get rewarded for taking initiative - I always feel like my ideas matter. - Compensation is more than fair. - When this company says they are going to do something they do it. They have recently taken on an initiative of operational excellence and the improvements that have been made so far are very impressive.

Cons

- It's fast paced and there's a lot to learn. So people who aren't looking for that kind of thing could get overwhelmed

Pros

- The freedom and ability to learn and grow and develop - Leadership is quick to react and make necessary changes - Amazing culture and environment - Unlimited PTO, and they mean it - Work/Life balance - Recognition and career opportunitis

Cons

- The distributed team means feeling a little more disconnected from coworkers but Retention does a good job mitigating that
