Some Dr.'s are nice and you build relationships with patients as you seem them constantly.
Cons
Highest staff turnover I have ever seen. Dr's constantly rescheduling last minute and upper managers are rude and dont know how to treat people.

Occasional free lunches reps. You’ll acquire some medical knowledge/experience. Holidays and weekends off. Free vision insurance. Paid uniforms.
Cons
Required to travel between offices with short notice. Over scheduling causing stressful days. Management will not help you and will encourage drama. Lots of turnover. New HR every 3 months. Having to stay past business hours due to emergencies. On-call triage for 2 weeks every year.
