      Great company, if only they hadn't been lay off 24 employees at once!

      Pros

      —Great company culture. People enjoy their job and working with colleagues. —Open and continuous communication. Frequent all company meetings and weekly communication from management. —Great feedback culture. A lot of 1 to 1 sessions with supervisors and always an open door to speak up. —Nice parties!

      —Company grew to fast and employees (24!) are paying the price. —Financials in poor state.

      Company that needs lot of reflection and strong review of upper management. Otherwise good company

      Pros

      Not that many. Company provides good office space, plenty of coffee available and lot of time socializing. Good compensation.

      Cons

      - too much hiring - too much and quick firing - unnecessary name changing and branding (wasted money) - lay-off good employees yet management gets to keep the job - too much politics and less emphasis’ on engineering - also, gossip culture

      Pros

      The coworker and flexibility to build interesting things.

      Cons

      I have never experienced such mismanagement in my professional life. Since the board appointed the new CEO there have been numerous rounds of lay offs, misappropriation of funds, several missed deadlines and a culture of fear and stress. What was once a family is now an Oliver Twist style orphanage ran by a narcissistic Welshman who couldn’t properly a Macdonald. Steer clear you deserve better.
