Pros
The company really does provide an amazing final product to the customer. There are a select few incredible people that work on your team.
Cons
Company Policies are loosely regulated. Be expected to do jobs that are not what you are contracted to do on a regular bases. Management are seldom in the office and can be difficult to reach at times. What is listed above is minor. My biggest concern is since policy is not upheld the payment is not adequately maintained (not timely or proper amount) and I feel can be subject to the owners emotional state at the time.
