      Secretive senior management (complete with inter-office affairs!) Low payscale for most employees Empty promises of much-needed operational change No work-life balance No support for innovation Favorites do what they want/the real hard workers are overlooked or scrutinized unfairly Constant fear of being bought/sold/internal change

      Tremendous people dedicated to their work with a sprinkle of truly talented individual. A great cast of independent facilitators.
