I have had close professional exposure to Richpanel through someone who works there, and I’ve seen genuine growth over time, not just in skills, but also in confidence and ownership. Leadership appears clear on direction and focused on building the product the right way

Cons

The pace can be demanding, and it’s not a place for anyone expecting a slow, structured environment.

The company is growing at a fast pace so you will learn a lot as well you will get high-caliber peers who will help you in your career in many aspects. the work-life balance is so great and the company is really focused on your overall development. ownership is one of the criteria here which provides you flexibility as well as make you responsible which is one of the key skill for career growth. it's been two months here and I am really enjoying working here.

Cons

there are no such cons particularly related to the company. but as it's a startup and in the growing phase. so you can't expect a well-defined process. but at the same time, it will give you the opportunity to build your own process which suits the organization. the load on the system is not that big so if you're obsessed with optimization techniques then this is not the place for you as pre-mature optimization is dangerous.

The company is growing extremely fast. I love the pace at which we innovate, the facetime with customers and the ownership I am give. I love our new office - it feels like a cafe.

Cons

This level of accountability is new but scary as well. Because there is a lot of pressure to deliver.
