Pros

Pay was great, but only because I was employeed by RumbleOn, the parent company at the time. The work was relatively simple and, for the most part, was clockwork.

Cons

Management had basically no idea what they were doing. Will, the General Manager at the time, was totally untrained and brand new to the position. He was very unprofessional as he was covered with tattoos and having a mohawk.

Pros

Easy to get away with anything

Cons

General manager MH, is almost never at the store, and if he is he does nothing to benefit the business. You can tell he doesn’t want to be there. The General Sales Manager CC is condescending, incompetent and too scared to handle any issues or make any decisions, and the entire finance process is designed to rip off customers selling worthless products. This comes from corporate down.

Pros

If you like motorcycles or power sports, you get to see a lot of cool new models. Coworkers are cool.

Cons

Literally everything else. The pay is very lacking, especially for working 100 hours over two weeks and answering customers phone calls and texts at home. They recently terminated 20 people, including the finance department and porters. This has made the already long sales process even longer. The sales managers are okay, but are completely out of touch with what's actually happening on the floor. The GM hides in his office and barely speaks to anyone unless it's something negative. My paycheck has been shorted almost every time, and it takes so much effort to get it corrected. There is 0 training, just sink or swim and hope fellow salespeople are kind enough to show you how to do things. I actually ride and I'm almost afraid to admit working here, because it's so hated among the riding community. RideNow expects so much out of you with little compensation or thanks in return.

Pros

Overall great place to work. Clay Wallace is a terrific GM and very good at what he does. He’s very uplifting and a great inspiration to look up to. It is a great company to work for with great advancement opportunity. TJ Jones is a great Sales Manager who is also very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Kyle McDonald is a great manager to work for as well. The team itself is great as well, which seems unusual in the sales world. Nobody ever likes to work together in sales, but there was no problem here. Great team, great management, great pay when you work for it.

Cons

Nothing much to say here. I would say it’s a tough world to get into solely for the fact that it’s sales.
