      Pros

      work from home unsupervised at 8am makes it easy to ease into the day as no micromangement

      Cons

      they don't offer you more pay unless you resign then they offer you extra vacation days and more money .why not just pay me what i am worth. stop wasting peoples time

      Pros

      A great position to learn about insurance industry in Canada. Co-workers are very friendly and smart, and leadership team can always provided their best support to help us improve!

      Cons

      It is hard to interact with co-workers and leadership team members as it is a remote position. However, this company is trying to eliminate as much barrier between people as possible, holding activities frequently to help us getting connected better.
